to taste our different ciders and traditional menu.
The menu, its composed by this high quality products::
- Basque traditional cod omelette.
- Fried cod with green peppers.
- Cod in its green sauce (under reserve).
- Bone in rib eye steak.
- Idiazabal cheese, walnuts and quince jelly.
